It shipped with 6.2, but I updated it to 7.2 before use. You can see the revision on the box itself.. that said, maybe it's the "revision D" of the box and not the watch? LOL. But no, all's well!

intersting, today i received my replacment watch (Revision D and FW 2.70) cause of the Button problem on existing watch (Revision C, FW 3.15 Beta), now i connected both to Garmin Express and only the new replacement watch got FW 3.30
Just to update anyone still experiencing these ANT+ dropouts during activities: like a couple of other people in this post a replacement watch resolved the issue. My original watch was revision A and the replacement is revision D. That's not to say all…
5.40 and 6.00 are one and the same - just for different hardware revisions I understand.
Interesting that the number is only one revision above the number mine got automatically last week.
I hope they are working on merging the two firmware revisions (Fenix 6 and Forerunner 945).

The rev C and rev D bit is a red herring. it's the revision of the box, not the watch.
Not seeing battery issues with mine. Lost less than 5% in 24 hours. From 87% yesterday morning to 83% today. No changes to usage or settings.
what Revision of watch do you have, here Revision D?
Still nothing on mine, 1030 regularly gives revised FTP, I would say ever 3 or 4 rides but nothing from 955
