Yes, the latest 9.60 firmware was just released a month ago, but it includes no new features. In fact, 745 APAC is missing features included in ROW firmware from 6.02 onwards. In other words, it has been missing proper updates for 1 year!

Rest of the world got them in SW 11.10, but APAC got just two days back in SW 11.60.

The changelog mentions improvements to HR based training metrics and also to Training Effects impact.
