GTN750 - G5 GAD29B

Anyone have an issue where the GTN is not displaying the EFIS data from G5? There are no fault messages in neither G5 or GTN, can see data on the 750 420 IN PORT but it is just not displaying when going to utility and DALT/TAS WINDS page.. all greyed out. Verified configs.. All units updated to the latest software.

I've run into this before. If the GTN is showing valid EFIS data on the 420 input port but the DALT/TAS/Winds fields stay greyed out, I'd double-check that the GTN is actually configured to use the G5 as its active EFIS source and not just receiving the serial data stream. Also verify the ARINC/serial port assignments on both ends, especially after software updates, as settings can occasionally change. Another thing to check is whether the GTN is getting valid air data and GPS inputs simultaneously, since some of those calculations won't populate unless all required parameters are available. If everything looks correct, reviewing the installation manual's EFIS interface section may reveal a missed configuration dependency.
