Anybody else seeing database subscription weirdness lately?

My "US VFR Plus Database Bundle" (the $50/year sub) seems to have just spontaneously disappeared.

The last databases in my G3X Touch expired just a week ago, but when I go to GADM it says I have no subscription and no databases.

When I log onto the Garmin site, it thinks my last sub expired in May of 2024 (!). Yet I was getting databases as recently as a a month ago, and I was on auto-renew. There's no sign of that on Garmin's web site - as if I never had it (at least since 2024).

I did a chat with support and they just gave me a 1 year IFR subscription for free to stop my complaints, but without any explanation as to what happened.

That's nice and appreciated, but am I the only one whose sub just went poof?

    I'm sorry that you had to troubleshoot your database subscription. The best course of action would be to call our support team at 866-739-5687. We can then take a look at your account on the back end to see if anything needs to be adjusted. 

    I would recommend logging into your Garmin Aviation Database Manager through your desktop if you ever experience this issue again.
