GNS 430W will not recognize Terrain Data Card

My GNS 430W stopped reading the Terrain Card a few months back. I went thru the rebuild process of the card and downloaded the terrain and obstacle data, and it still won't recognize the card/data. What help or suggestions can you provide?

    Hello, 

    Before plugging in your GNS card to update your databases, make sure that your Garmin Aviation Database Manager is up to date to the latest version 25.10.23. The database manager should fix the card. If you are still having troubles with the card then please give our Garmin Aviation Support team a call at 866-739-5687 and we take a look at it further.
