That service advisory does not apply to my airframe. I fly a TBM-960 with software version 006-B4304-05. This has happened before and the last time the dealer didn't know how to fix it. Do I need to replace the GTC's? I feel like the databases should just "sync" on their own with no issues. This is becoming very frustrating.

Try restarting the avionics and making sure your SD card or database drive is properly inserted and up-to-date if your G3000's databases won't sync. If the issue continues, re-download the database from Garmin’s flyGarmin site and re-install it.
