Garmin Pilot on iPad, I click on expand map button in upper right to enter the visual flight plan area. I am flying from KCHD to KDVT, and want to fly through the PHX Class B using the VFR corridor. I had previously created two user waypoints called PHX SOUTH, and PHX NORTH, which are the entry and exit points for the corridor. I can graphically add these points to the route, or type in the name in "add waypoint" area. Route displays correctly. When I click the check arrow in the upper right to return to the Flight Plan page, the user waypoints points disappear. I am not filing a flight plan, I just want the route saved, so I can upload it to my G3X when I get to the plane. Even so, the waypoint Lat/Lon should port over to the flight plan I would think.
Worse, if the IFR box is checked, the route comes back into the flight plan page as PHX SOUTH PHX NORTH which is a route over 19000 miles long as it attempted to find waypoints with those names.
