How does one add custom map layers from .kml/.kmz files?

I use a lot of custom layers in Foreflight for my job, but the way to add these custom layers in Pilot doesn't appear to exist?

Hi Daniel, I've done this successfully. What I did was create the KML and from a mobile device (iOS) click on it then press the little up arrow icon and "send" it to the Garmin Pilot app.
