Hello, could you help me?

I use a complete Garmin NAV System i GTN 750 in my airplane N8812T, but have no instruction manual for the System. During a check flight the examiner said to me, that I very slow to use the system.

Now I heard that for learning their is a simulator available. Could you give me some Informations, if I can buy or use such a system?
