Hi all!
Is there some way see Max HR I have reached during workout session? Did not find some in Garmin Connect app.
But my point is that I want to see online Max HR reached during particular workout.
If you mean in real-time during the activity, then it is possible of course too. Just add the Max HR as…

Yes, that is the goal

If it is not available for your model, I…
In Garmin Connect (app or web), you'll find that information under the Stats tab of the particular activity. You can also find it in your activity history on the watch.
As Dan.Boilermaker wrote - it is on the Stats tab of the activity, in the section Heart Rate » Max Heart Rate. Additionally, you can also see the Max Heart Rate reached any day, on the Reports page of Garmin Connect Web at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/report/13/all/last_seven_days
Please note, that the Max Heart Rate values shown on those screens should not be mistaken for the Max HR used in your User Profile !!! You can have peeks of HR higher than the Max HR in the User Profile. That value is defined as the rate you are able to sustain at an all-out effort for couple of tens of seconds. Short peaks may go higher than that.
Thanks guys. But my point is that I want to see online Max HR reached during particular workout. Now understood that such functionality is currently unavailable.

I really don't understand what you are not able to see...
I can review Heart Rate data, including Max HR reached, for each individual activity on my watch (MARQ Aviator Gen2), in Garmin Connect Mobile and in Garmin Connect web. Both graphic and tabular data are available.
Can you more clearly state what - exactly - you want to see?

Since you had a Garmin Connect Mobile screenshot in your original post, here's what I can easily see in Garmin Connect Mobile re. Max HR reached for an individual activity (an Indoor Bike Activity I did this morning):
What is it you cannot see in these screenshots that you are looking for?

If you mean in real-time during the activity, then it is possible of course too. Just add the Max HR as a data field to any of the data screens (or add another one). Thought that's not on the app (as you required in the OP), it is directly on the watch.
Yes, that is the goal. But I have no Max HR as metric I can add to data field (you can see it in screen in my original post)
no Max HR as metric I can add
The closest you will get is the HR Chart. You can look over the CIQ store. I bet you'll find something there.
I do have Max HR available as a field for activity data screens, on my Instinct 2, so I would be really surprised if it were not available on MARQ2.
Edit: Ah, I see the screenshot now - you can use HR % of Max
I would be really surprised if it were not available on MARQ2
I looked on mine and it is indeed missing.
