What is up with the continual bug fix updates but no feature set improvements?

The Instinct is a fixed feature set LCD watch...

What is going on with the continuous software bug fixes ...but at the same time, absolutely no improvements to the existing built in feature set (e.g. clock in stopwatch view / sunrise/set graphic).

By now (Update 15) how many more bugs can their seriously be? Is each software update, just fixing new bugs introduced by the last update?

Genuinely baffled?

It's also possible that there is no more available storage space in the watch or there are other hardware limitations that preclude adding significant new features.
