Solar not working.

I have a garmin instint 2 solar and I don’t have any solar intensity readings and I’ve noticed I have to charge my watch more frequently. I think the solar part is broken.

Hello, I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. For problems with Solar charging, I would recommend reviewing these troubleshooting steps:

My Instinct Solar Watch is Not Solar Charging
Be sure you are not using any screen protector on the watch face.
If this continues, I would also recommend a factory reset with these steps:

Ensure the watch is powered off.
- You may need to hold CONTROLfor up to 30 seconds to turn the watch off.
Press and hold SET and GPS.
Press CONTROL to power the watch on while holding these two buttons.
After the first beep release GPS.
After the second beep release the remaining button.

If there is no change, I would recommend reaching out to Garmin Product Support.
