Stuck in Test Mode

I have a Instinct Tactical Solar and I am stuck in Test Mode. 

I am either stuck in a screen with concentric boxes,

or I am stuck with this screen toggling between 

"Charge on/off", "OHR Mode On/Off" and "Motor On/Off"

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

    You get into the Test Mode when you hold the Down button while powering on the watch. If it happened without you touching the Down button, then the button is either stuck or broken. Let the watch for a longer time in a container with lukewarm water, you can also try gently brushing the slits around the button with a fine soft toothbrush. Then try restarting the watch again. If it does not help, reach out to the Product Support at https://support.garmin.com.
