Unfortunately there is not an option to auto start activities. This always has to be done manually on the watch. This watch does support MoveIQ. When you perform an activity on the watch, without manually starting an activity recording, MoveIQ can sometimes identify that a workout was performed. This will appear as a tag on your all day HR chart in Connect. But will not appear as an activity in the activities list in Connect.
