I wholeheartedly agree! I've been frustratingly choosing "Yoga" as the activity type for my tai chi practice for years, of which it IS NOT yoga at all, but I do not see any better alternatives other than MMA which it also is not, or the very vague "workout" or "cardio" which also does not represent the tai chi activity properly.
i also use Tai Chi as "warm up" for dumbbell exercises.
