I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with this. Initially, if you have not already, we recommend a hard reset on the watch. For this, hold the Light button until the watch shuts off, as opposed to selecting power off. Occasionally one or more corrupted files, if this is still shutting down, I would recommend deleting the stored Activities. Menu, Settings, History.
