For the last month my REM sleep score has not been showing the results, all my other measurable have been. Not sure if anyone else had this same issue, but any help would be appreciated.

I am sorry you have the issue. It is certainly odd it is only 1 sleep metric but good to hear you receive sleep metrics otherwise.
Please try the following:
1) Reset
- Hard reset your watch by holding down your top left button until your watch shuts off then let go of the button.
Often, the hard reset will be enough to resolve such issues. If you still have the issue, proceed forward.
2) Remove your watch from your Connect APP and from phone.
- Remove your watch out of your Connect Mobile APP and remove it from your smartphone's Settings > Bluetooth menu.
- Delete the APP off your phone then add it back again through your Google Play or Apple APP store.
- Bluetooth pair your watch directly through the APP again and test another night of sleep.
3) Full reset to defaults
If all else above has failed, fully reset your watch through the System > Reset menu. (Which will require #2 steps again minus deleting/re-add the APP back.)
