Starting this October i have noticed that my Instinct Solar does not charge via solar panel. There is no solar activity since. I have done soft and hard reset (factory settings) but still there is no any solar activity. Previously on a day to day basis i did had daily solar recharge. Can anyone suggest some solution to this issue? Recharging via cable is just fine.
I am sorry there was no luck. There are no other troubleshooting steps to be tried so your watch will need to be replaced. It is likely a hardware issue.

- Soft reset your watch by holding down your top left button until your watch shuts off then let go.
