Blood Glucose Levels / Blood Pressure

Unfortunately no. If you have an app(s) on your phone that can notify you of your blood glucose, you can enable that app as a notification on your instinct to show up on screen. Otherwise, it does not track those metrics. 

You need a watch supporting the Connect IQ technology for that. For example Instinct 2, or any other recent Garmin watch. Instinct 1st generation is one of the rare models not supporting CIQ. Once you have a watch with the CIQ option, there are plenty of CIQ app for tracking the blood glucose levels. Have a look here: Connect IQ Store | Free Watch Faces and Apps | Garmin 

Think there's also a dexcom App if you're using their CGM. May also be possible with nightscout on the Libre. Medtronic....still in the 1970s in terms of connectivity! 

Thanks everyone.  I ended up returning my Instinct and got the Fenix 6x Pro.  From the sounds of it, looks like the Dexcom may be the best option for monitoring glucose.  I will do some more searching for the best option to go with.  

I’d be interested to know if it’s possible to get Medtronic CGM on the Fenix. They don’t make it simple!
