Incorrect battery %

Hello Instinct Solar users!

My watch does not show the correct battery %. Put it on charge, after 3 hours is still on 80%. If I press a button, jumps to 100% but after a restart gets back to 80% and charges again. What could be the problem? It drains more then 6% on a day, last about 15 days. This solar version doesnt worth a penny. I have an instinct non solar which charges from 0-100% in 50 mins and last 16 days with HR and notificatons active. Have you ever met with this problem? Thanks for help

I forgot to mention that I already did hard reset many times, but no changes

upload new software and if it doesn't help, send it under warranty, it always helps.

I have a similar problem. When I charge the battery, the battery shows 100 percent before the end of charging. When I unplug the watch after a few minutes, the watch shows a battery level of 80 percent. I reconnect the watch to the charger and let it charge to 100 percent. After the second charge, the battery will remain at the 100 percent level. I guess it's a software charging bug.

I would also send the watch for a complaint but I can't send my watch back to the seller because the store where I bought the watch went bankrupt :/

I sent the watch into the service. They offered me a refurbish model Instinct Solar for free or a new model Instinct 2 Solar for an extra charge. I chose the new Instinct 2 Solar model.

This was my third watch Instinct 1st generation, that went wrong. This watch series has very poor quality.
