Problem with swimming and open water swimming.

When the open water swim or swim activity is activated, the watch restarts when the activity is paused. Random. On all firmware even the latest 16.00.Please resolve

Reported to the assistance, I also received the replacement of the watch, the new watch has the exact same problem ...?!? The problem has always persisted has never been solved !!!!

The watch is not resetting, it is reSTARTing.
Isnt anybody working on the problem?

I have got the same problem. The positive is, that no data of the active swim is lost.

No data is lost on OWS.
On pool swim, the whole workout data is lost!

Hi Chris. In my experience, the watch is not restarting anymore during the activities. However, it is constantly and totally reproduceably restarting every time, I save a pool swimming activity, look at it and delete it. This happens with instinct as well as with instinct solar.

I'm using Garmin G1 and it seems to have the same issue, the watch pause half way in the swim .. current software version is 6.19 with no update available as I just checked.
