My Garmin Instinct Solar after a soft reset does not want to sync the history of activities in the menu: history-summary. Interestingly, it remembers the data in the Android application and in Garmin Connect.
From the watch level, after entering the option History - summary counter
data such as:
activity counter
distance
time of activity
height increase
running
cycling
the watch displays "0"
In the history menu - activities and records, the watch remembers the data from the beginning of the use of the watch, i.e. over three months.
I am asking for help in solving the problem.
