My Garmin doesn't charge anymore

Hi everibody,

after updating the system to version 15.10 my watch has started to have problems.
The battery don't complete a full recharge but watch show 100% of charge when it is was disconnected from the charge.
Last week the HR sensor started to work intermittently.
When I connect it to the PC, i could see the device but i can't do anything (update, backup...) because the connection between pc and phone disappears when i try to copy or paste any file.
Today my watch doesn't charge anymore...
Somebody could help me?

  • Please try the following:

    • Clean the rear connection contacts of your watch.
    • With your watch unplugged, hold the upper left CTRL button for 30 seconds. Release the CTRL button if your watch powers on.
    • Plug it into a power source and check if it will charge. If it will charge, fully charge it and test it further.
    • If still not charging, while your Instinct Solar is plugged into charging, hold the CTRL button for 30 seconds or until it starts to charge.
