If the artist or song title is longer than watch screen length then the text gets cut off and replace with "...".
An example could be "Smells like teen spirit" would become "Smells like t...".
This makes it so that you have to reach for your phone if you want to know the full song title or full artist name, which isn't a good user experience considering the ability to scroll text is already on the watch.
I'm proposing the text should auto scroll after a second(or less) if it's wider than the length of the watch screen or you should be able to click and hold a button to scroll or view the full artist/title name.
