Hello, I am writing to you because this watch has some bugs, which make it a bad watch, and they are very easy to solve, and correcting that, you will have the best surf watch on the market. In the garmin community, we are very concerned and disappointed. The failures are as follows:
1. Measurement, trace, wave count, it does nothing with precision, I have tried to send the GPX file to an application of an external developer, and it does it wonderfully, which means that it is a software failure, because the watch tracks perfectly. (I attach photos of the same day surfing, in your app and in the external one, Please take note).
2. The tides ... in my case, Spain (asturias, Gijon), miscalculates the times, for example the low tide is at 10: 00h and says that it is at 10:51, it is late, the Tides are not exact, but they are very approximate.
3. The tides widget should store data in the cache, because the moment you enter the water (you don't surf with the mobile) you lose the data, it needs an internet connection continuously.
Please listen to the community, and take steps to fix it, it is a great watch, but if the version dedicated to surfing does not do anything right, you will lose a large clientele and your reputation will be affected.
