No, AFAIK it is not fully compatible with any of Instincts, because none of the models support Running Dynamics. You can, though, use it as a plain HRM (without taking any advantage of the advanced Running Dynamics features)

If I am not mistaken, the only HRM that can be used with Instinct and still can provide the Running Dynamics is the HRM PRO, that works as a standalone device.

EDIT 2021/01/18: There is still some discussion whether the Running Dynamics is available with HRM Pro + Instinct, but unless someone can confirm first-hand that it really works, it is safer to assume that it does not.

undertood,but it doesn't give me any running dynamics also in the connect app? I mean, i dont' need it during the run, but after during the data analisys

HRM PRO does, HRM Run does not (with Instinct / Instinct Solar).

It works perfect to get data, it records everything, and with good quality.
The only problem is connect that does not shows that the band was used I guess it is a bug, and not sure if they wat to solve it.
