Instinct 3 amoled 51mm

a blue triangle appeared on the garmin watch when trying to update it, a hard reboot does not help, they also tried to delete the gpe.bit file, but it also did not help, what should I do?

  • They? You must be talking about Support? If you tried to delete the gpe file then you must have already already tried hooking it up via USB cable to a computer?

  • yes, they connected it to the computer, deleted the file and did a complete factory reset, but the blue triangle is still lit (sorry for the mistakes, I don't know English well)

  • I connected the watch, reset the settings, and deleted the file, but nothing worked, watch instinct 3 50mm amoled

  • If your watch is stuck on the Garmin logo/blue triangle screen and does not proceed any further, reset your device to factory default settings with the below steps.

      1. *NOTE:* The watch may display a message about assistance, continue to hold LIGHT until the watch powers off.
    2. Press and hold LIGHT to power watch on.
      1. *NOTE:* Let go of the LIGHT button once you see the blue Garmin triangle.
    3. Wait for the Garmin triangle to disappear, then reappear in approximately 5-10 seconds.
    4. After the triangle reappears, wait for 5 seconds and then press and hold START/STOP (upper-right button) and BACK (lower-right button) at the same time.
