Is there auto DnD and no notifications when phonse screen on options are available?

Just want to check if these two options are avaiable on Instinct 3:

1. Automatic switch to Do Not Disturb mode when watches detect that I felt asleep.

2. Switch off notification when my phone is unlocked and screen is on (obviousy I'm looking on my phone screen at this moment and can see all notifications there).

I had this options on my previous, 10 times cheaper watches, can't beleive they not available on Instinct 3...

And more like a suggestion - minium time of 30 sec for notifications seem too much. It is really 5 sec enough to read notification. For 30 sec all people around can read my notifications.

    For your first point, yes it can be done. Visit this link for info on sleep mode settings.

    For switching off the notifications when phone is unlocked and screen is on, this is not available. I recommend letting our design team know that functionality is desired by sending a feature request here: https://garmin.com/ideas

    Of course these options are not available on Garmin smart watches. It has been years since I first asked about syncing DND status between phone and Fenix 6, and still no progress.
    But someone will be here shortly to ask "is it really that difficult to press a button and turn on DND yourself???"....

    Thank you for your reply. On the link provided I see how to enable DnD mode based on schedule I input manually, but my question was how make watches switch to DnD mode by themself when they detect that I'm sleeping. I don't have constant sleeping schedule - sometimes I sleep during the day, sometimes I sleep during the night. And honestly, manual setting of sleeping schedule on such sofisticated watches with multiple sensors, which suppose to perfectly detect by themself when I sleep, looks quite odd and archaic...
