I know there is no new update but I can't look for it with my watch as the option is greyed out.
I can’t upload my picture here but my Bluetooth is off but my “Check for Update” isn’t grayed out. Maybe do a restart and see if that helps.

Tried. Still is greyed out and Bluetooth connected. Updated GC the day before yesterday. But didn't check since the 8.09 update
If "Auto Update" is disabled, the option "Check for Updates" is greyed out. In such case, just enable Auto Update, check for updates, and then disable the Auto Update again.
