I believe the mini window solar icon is still buggy or not implemented correctly in the stock watch-faces:
- Regardless of settings and whether minutes or seconds are shown on the watch face: the solar charging indicator is only updating once per minute, not once per second
- Even it 1 can't be fixed, at least the once per minute update shouldn't show the LAST solar charging intensity but the AVERAGE of that minute, otherwise the information shown in the mini window is pretty much useless
- If the updates aren't drawn for battery saving reasons, at least the updates should be made ON BUTTON PRESSES or ON GESTURE. Also these are currently not implemented as well
- I noticed that the icon intensity indicator isn't normalized to the maximum intensity. This means that the a full solar icon is not the maximum the watch can charge. In fact, the solar intensity glance seems to be more accurate and a full solid solar icon is already appearing with a bit more than 50% in the charge graph.
