Garmin Instinct 3 USB Connector does not always properly connect to computer

Hi, I noticed that 20% of the time I connect the Garmin Instinct 3 Solar to a PC, I hear the sound it's recognized but it won't charge and it won't connect to Garmin Express.

I wonder is this normal or connector issue?

Not normal. Try cleaning the connector (on the watch and on the cable). Rebooting the computer and the watch to exclude a software problem is advisable though too.

Thanks. I have a 2nd 3rd party cable which seems to work more reliable so maybe it's the cable but not sure. It does always make a sound that it connects with both cables, but somehow with the original cable it then doesn't complete the connection and won't charge. I'll contact Garmin.
