I myself am running a I3 Solar 50mm with 6.29. There is not problem updating OTA. As said in other threads, the bug on insufficient space is a bug of Express, not the device.

Yes, the Text folder is unfortunately no more visible. However, already by cleaning the other folders I mentioned, I usually get over 30 MB free space. Especially Activity and Debug can be rather huge. This is what I got right now (before the clean up it was around 15 MB):
And when I select all files and folders, and check the Properties, this is what I get - 248 files in 59 folders taking up 2.32 MB (there are apparently other folders hidden from the user even if you tick the Hidden Items option in File Explorer, like for example the Text folder):
And this is what I get when I analyze the file system with the free windows tool WinDirStat. You cannot use it directly on the watch drive, though. You have to copy the entire content of the Garmin folder to a hardrive, and analyze the folder there.
The biggest two files (the red ones on the right) are the map.img files in the root folder
