Garmin Messenger app on I3 Solar?

Does Messenger work on I3 Solar?

It does not seem to work on mine, even though the owner's manual says it should.

I dont find Messenger in glances, controls nor activities.

When I try to connect this I3 Solar to the phone's Garmin Messenger android app it tells that this device is not supported.

I have Messenger only in AMOLED version, not in Solar...

Now in version 7.08 the Messenger glance and control appear on the watch, and I can connect the watch to Garmin Messenger on one android tablet. But I can not connect it on second android tablet with Garmin…

I wonder whether Messenger use limited to a single android messenger coupling is on purpose, or a bug.
