Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere and I couldn’t find it. I’ve been looking through forms on here and across the web and can’t seem to find anyone with my exact issue. I’m trying to understand the issue with solar charging on my 2X Solar Tactical. The issue I have is that the watch will show that it’s reviving lux even off artificial light in my house. However, when I put my watch in direct sunlight it INSTANTLY puts up the slash through the solar indicator, showing that solar charging has stopped. No, my watch is not too hot stopping the charge due to overheating. No, my battery is not full either, as this happens across various battery percentages. Can someone help me understand this mechanic? Is this normal and I’m just a newbie or is this an issue? I don’t get any lux hours hardly because of this and they stay in the 4-5k range. My current software version is 17.08. I have rebooted, re paired, etc. doing all of the usual trouble shooting techniques with no help. I appreciate any advice anyone can offer for this!
