condensation on screen

I get condensation on the inside of the glass of my instinct crossover when the weather is cold. Is this a fault in the devise?

AFAIK, all Crossovers suffer from it. It is due to the much bigger internal volume, containing more air than the standard models. If you do not feel comfortable…

If you do not feel comfortable about it, or fear future problems, consider replacing the watch with a different model, because an exchange for another Crossover will almost certainly not help.
