Had my 2x for about 18 months. Always been fine on the latest beta softwares. This morning I went to calibrate the compass by doing the wrist rotation motion and the screen went to the Garmin word screen with a triangle and froze. I've tried holding light button until watch turns off but when I turn it back on it freezes on the Garmin word screen. Ive tried contacting to Garmin Express on laptop, which I do regularly, but laptop not detecting the device. I've tried different usb ports and different charging cables. Any ideas or is it time to contact Garmin support?
