My Garmin 2X Solar is stuck on boot after I tied to hard reset it (by pressing the CTRL button for 30 sec) to fix an application freeze issue.
After that, every time i am starting the watch, it asks me if I would like to reset to factory settings. I have also tried the factory reset (by clicking all three buttons simultaneously and powering on and then releasing specific buttons after two set of beeps) and it does not fix the issue. After two beeps the watch is stuck on the triangle screen for hours!
I have also tried connecting the watch to Garmin express but my macbook air does not seem to detect the watch. Also this is the first time I am trying to do this so I am not sure if I am doing something wrong. I have a usb C type Garmin data cable while my mac has a USB 3.0, therefore I am using an adapter, not sure if that can be an issue?
