Sleep tracked on watch, won't sync to connect

Sleep tracking is showing on Instinct 2 solar but won't sync to Garmin connect. I have sleep tracking every night on the watch but it's not pushing to connect. I've deleted the app and reinstalled, disconnected and reconnected the watch. No setting were changed that I'm aware of and the watch and app software are up to date. Any clue?

I recommend to Remove and Add a Device From the Garmin Connect App | Garmin Customer Support, wait till the next morning, sync, and see whether it helped. If not, then have a look at the Troubleshooting…

is the watch properly paired to Garmin Connect? Is it just sleep data that is not syncing. Do recorded and saved activities get synced to the watch? Is weather etc kept up to date?

It is properly paired. All of the other data is syncing as it should. It is only the sleep Scott and training readiness. Sleep data is recorded on the watch without issue.

I’ve tried that but it still won’t show the sleep in connect.. I’ll try again.

JFYI, it won't help with past data - that is very probably already lost. It only helps with data recorded after the removal & adding. If that alone does not help, then try the longer procedure described in the guide. And if it does not help either, reach out to the Support.

I had to remove everything, do a hard reset on the watch and start from square one to get it to work.
