Ultra Run don't exist on Instict 2X Solar

That is correct. This watch does not include the Ultra Run activity.  You can see all of the activity profiles included here: https://www.garmin.com/en-US/p/884585/pn/010-02805-10#specs  These will be listed under Activity Profiles. 

If this article is incorrect, I can submit to having it updated. However, are you seeing this activity profile available on the watch preloaded?  Because you are correct, there is some conflict between the 2 Activity profile lists.

That's interesting, I can't find it on mine under Running or anywhere else. 

I switched the language to German and this is what I see:

I stepped through all the activities and still didn't see anything when using the German language resembling Ultra Run.

Might this be something that's been translated incorrectly? Also begs the question why there seems to be a difference in the activities on our watches.

Maybe there is some BUG in how the new available activities are updated. Ultra Run is ultimately a running mode with the addition of the ability to calculate breaks, or maybe on Instinct 2 there are limitations regarding the "size" of the recordable activities and Ultra activities can be very large in terms of bytes.

In any case I have not understood if Garmin expects that Ultra Run can exist on Instinct 2X or not.. but it seems to me that some "German user" has it.

No, I don't have Ultra Run in the activity profile. But I wanted to understand if it was due to a "bug" in the updates or if it is not available for Instict 2X. Since I made several copies of activity profiles and renamed others and there is some bug in the management

In Garmin Connect I can "convert" running activity in "Ultra Marathon" .. Whas Ultra Marathon and Ultra Run yhe same activities?
