Instinct 2X Screen(Digit) Tearing Display Issue (Screen Artifact)

Observed a few times of screen(digit) tearing after updating the Software version to 16.11 on Instinct 2X.

The issue seems still present occasionally even after restarting the watch. Not sure if it is a new issue created with the 16.11 version software.

Sorry for the late reply. The issue seems to be resolved after I restarted the watch sometimes later after making this post. It has since be working fine and not showing screen tearing on any watch faces…

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. Thus far, I am not seeing any other reports of display concerns with the latest SW version 16.11. So there are a few initial things I would recommend trying.

When this is occurring, is this effecting all screens, or only the watch face? Have you tried changing watch faces, does the same issue occur?
If this is effecting all screens, and is not corrected with a hard reset of the watch, I would recommend completing a full factory reset:

Ensure the watch is powered off.
- You may need to hold CONTROLfor up to 30 seconds to turn the watch off.
Press and hold SET and GPS.
Press CONTROL to power the watch on while holding these two buttons.
After the first beep release GPS.
After the second beep release the remaining button.
