Instinct 2s solar solar charging randomly stop working

I am sorry to hear the solar charging is not working. For this, I have some additional questions. 

• Is there a screen protector on the watch? If so, you will want to remove this. 
• Have you tried a hard reset on the watch? For this, hold the Control button until the watch shuts off, as opposed to selecting power off. Then power this on again. 
• When testing the solar charging, are you navigating to the solar widget? I would recommend testing this in bright direct sunlight, over a couple hours. And see if there is any solar wattage detected in the widget. 
• If there is no change, I would recommend factory resetting the watch with these steps: 

1. Ensure the watch is powered off.
   • You may need to hold CONTROLfor up to 30 seconds to turn the watch off.
2. Press and hold SET and GPS.
3. Press CONTROL to power the watch on while holding these two buttons.
4. After the first beep release GPS.
5. After the second beep release the remaining button.
