open water swim activity metronome request

why is metronome not working in open water swim activity?

it would be a great idea if it is available as we can use it for stroke rhythm and enhance the swim pace.

or if there is a work around to use the metronome for open water swim?

Not sure, you'll hear the beep, or sense the vibration while you swim, but you can try using the Run activity, and change it to OWS only later in Garmin Connect.

Can't see much benefit from having a metronome on the wrist. You certainly won't hear the beep and the vibration might be annoying and would certainly interfere with distance alerts etc.
