My Garmin Instinct 2 solar tactical edition has problems with bluetooth connections after latest update. It goes from connected to waiting on app to disconnected rapidly. Does this happen to anyone else?

I have had multiple problems with the watch on the last couple of days and I do not know why. I have had the watch for almost 3 weeks now and I did not have any problems until the latest updates, I wanted to be sure whether it got damages by me working outside near a fire but I did not get my hand near the fire to get burned but was in proximity with it. I have tried to re pair the watch and my Iphone, tried uninstalling and installing everything, I have tried force rebooting both the phone and the watch, yet the watch disconnects and connects throughout the day. And even while I am editing my watch’s settings it disconnects and kicks me out of the app.

UPDATE! If you have the same issue, try connecting it with Garmin Express on PC because from the moment I connected it and it actually synced, I have had absolutely no problem with connectivity, I hope this helps someone. Thanks for the replies everyone!
