The Garmin Coach workouts are a little ridiculous. I want to run a little faster but the watch keeps buzzing every 30 seconds letting me know I'm on or off pace (on a treadmill and the sensor is usually wrong). Can I adjust the "Coach" workout to what I think I need to do or combine an existing exercise for the day into Garmin Coach's workout. I have just been skipping past the intervals (walk, run, cool down) because it below what I can do. Or should I re-run the baseline and start over?
