Reorder the Activities list so Strength is the first one at the top... it's in the Owner's Manual here:

If you really mean Strength Workouts, and not the Strength Activity, then I assume you are searching the concerned workout through the "Workout" app in the Activities list. That's not the best way.
It is much simpler adding the Strength Activity to your Favorites in the Activities list. When it is a favorite activity, the next time you press the GPS button to start an activity, the Strength will be already preselected (unless you done another favorite activity in the meantime). And once you select the Strength activity, long-press the Menu button, and navigate to Training » Workouts and select your workout. Only the Strength type workouts will be listed here, so it should be easy and quick to select the one you want.
