I tried to replicate it, but my Instinct 2 keeps both graphs (alti & baro), after the power off. Did you do the simple power off, or rather the hard reset (long press of the Light button till the watch shuts down)? Did you sync the watch before the powering it down? (the alti & baro data is not being synced to Garmin Connect, but the syncing process may help with saving the temporary data on the storage)

I repeat the same questions: Did you use power down or hard reset? Did you sync before the power down?

Simple power down / power up lets both graphs untouched on my I2:

Yes

In that case I recommend installing the beta v15.xx and trying again (that's what I use).

I am already on 15.02 b

I did normal power off from the control menu. Didn't sync the watch exactly before powering off, but hours ahead.

Also I believe there is plenty of storage on the watch because I cleared my activities last month, and only 2 CIQ watch faces were loaded. Still, I understand different storage sections might be dedicated to specific uses.
