Garmin Pay not available on Instinct 2 ?

I'm trying to configure Garmin Pay on my Instinct 2 but it is not available on Garmin Connect.

is this normal ?

Garmin Pay is only available on Solar models.

According to the Specifications on the Garmin site, Garmin Pay is available on the 2X models, but not on the 2 or 2S models.
