Instinct 2x - crashes when viewing workout schedule

I am sorry to hear the watch is shutting off. First I would recommend a couple initial troubleshooting steps. 

• If these are workouts you have added, I would recommend removing the stored workouts. Then try adding a new workout to the watch, then test this again. 
• If this continues, we recommend trying a hard reset. For this, hold the Light button until the watch shuts off, as opposed to selecting power off. Then power this on again. 
• If there is no change, we would next recommend trying a full factory reset with these steps:
