Instinct 2 Surf Edition, No Tide Data

Hi,

I just bought the Instinct 2 Surf Edition - specifically for surfing information - and after 2 days of wearing it, it says "No Tide Data".

Its running software version 14.12.

Subsequently I have seen a few other posts complaining of this very issue - could someone from Garmin comment on this question please.

As after just 2 days, I am considering returning this watch.

Not sure whether it helps, but you can try removing and adding the Tide Widget. At least that is what Garmin recommends at similar problem on Quatix:

Thank you Trux, I had to manually set the tide location, and it now seems to be working OK.
