Contact Garmin Support directly if you believe it is a burn.
However, it is more likely to be contact dermatitis. Remove the watch for a few days and clean the underside. Wear it on the other wrist if you still want to collect 24/7 data. Going forward, ensure you clean and dry under the watch at least daily.
We are sorry to hear about the issue you are reporting. The skin irritation may be a result of build-up on the watch band and/or casing.
